Welcome to Finance Prosper Hub. By accessing our website or utilizing our credit repair, financial planning, and debt management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Finance Prosper Hub provides financial consulting, credit report review, and dispute assistance. We act as a facilitator between you and credit bureaus. We do not guarantee the removal of accurate, verifiable, and timely negative items from your credit report, as prohibited by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).

3. No Guarantees

While we utilize proven methods to improve credit scores, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, score increases, or the permanent removal of specific credit items. Results vary based on individual financial circumstances.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information regarding your financial status.
  • Forward all correspondence from credit bureaus and creditors to us promptly.
  • Continue to pay your existing debts and obligations as agreed.
  • Refrain from applying for new credit lines while enrolled in our program without consulting us.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for our services will be clearly outlined in your individual service agreement. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.

6. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your contract with Finance Prosper Hub within 3 business days of signing without any charge, as per federal law. Post this period, cancellation terms are subject to the agreement signed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Finance Prosper Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the services rendered.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
